My build for Koss would probably be a little "noobish" since i've only just started playing warrior myself. I don't use Melonni...I hate her...and I have no Razah yet
Anyhoo...for the others mine are set up like this:
Acolyte Jin - Ranger/Ritualist - "Beast Master"
[skill]Glass Arrows[/skill][skill]Savage Shot[/skill][skill]Call of Protection[/skill][skill]Poisonous Bite[/skill][skill]Scavenger Strike[/skill][skill]Charm Animal[/skill][skill]Comfort Animal[/skill][skill]Flesh of my Flesh[/skill]
Acolyte Sousuke - Elementalist/Monk - Earth Ele
[skill]Earth Attunement[/skill][skill]Glyph of Lesser Energy[/skill][skill]Ward Against Elements[/skill][skill]Sandstorm[/skill][skill]Ash Blast[/skill][skill]Dragon's Stomp[/skill][skill]Eruption[/skill][skill]Resurrect[/skill]
Zhed Shadowhoof - Elementalist/Ritualist - Support Ele
[skill]Water Attunement[/skill][skill]Glyph of Lesser Energy[/skill][skill]Deep Freeze[/skill][skill]Ice Spikes[/skill][skill]Gust[/skill][skill]Arc Lightning[/skill][skill]Blurred Vision[/skill][skill]Flesh of my Flesh[/skill]
I use Margrid as another Interrupter but my Jin gets used with a pet. Hope some of this helps.

take care of dragon stomp. 15 sec is not enough to restore exhaustion. wont recommend this for heros.

I watch all my heroes closely when trying a new build out with then. Sousuke uses Dragon Stomp very nicely and is never too exhausted.
In contrase I tries Zhed with Chain Lightning...that really didn't go well...

For Koss I try to use him as a damage soaker. I don't put any attacking skills on him at all. Instead, I made him a warrior/ele and have him use
[card]Armor of Frost[/card] [card]"Shields Up!"[/card] [card]"None Shall Pass!"[/card] [card]"Watch Yourself!"[/card] [card]Wary Stance[/card] and some other skills (can't remember, I'm at work)
I make use I flag him forward to take the aggro of monsters and then I set back with the rest of my party of casters and take care of business. Koss survives very well and seldom ever dies, and if so he is ususally the last to fall.
For Zhed, I set him up as an Ele/mesmer and run the [card]Fire attunement[/card] [card]Searing Flames[/card][card]Glowing Gaze[/card], [card]Ward Against Melee[/card], [card]Ward Against Foes[/card], and [card]Power Drain[/card] and [card]Leech Signet[/card] from the mesmer line. He is really really good at casting SF and GG and the wards. He will cast power spike but I need to manually have him use leech sig to interupt warriors Healing Sig.
Jin, I use her for nothing but interupts. She too is mesmer secondary so she uses any bow interupts and also Power Spike and leech sig and some others. let me tell you...she frickin rocks the interupts like no one can! Great for spell caster mobs.
I don't ever use the Derv hero (except when mission requires) simply because I do not know the class so I don't know how to use her skills effectively.
Don't know if this info help, but I really like my Koss setup. Ill try to post it later when I get home.

Melonni can be a very good hero, although it depends what you are fighting against. Normally I have her set up as with Avatar of Grenth, Wild Blow, Eremite Attack, Mystic Sweep, Chilling Sweep/Victorious Sweep, Faithfull Intervention, Zealous Renewal and Ressurection Signet. Especially in areas with alot of annoying enchantments (such as Spell Breaker and Stoneflesh Aura) she rocks.
I like Zhed as well, he is really good as a SF. He doesnt use Wards however, cause I normally have enough defencive skills in my team. I gave him Mystic Regeneration, along with Fire Attunement and Aura of Restoration, and he almost never dies.
I dont have Razah myself, so I don't really know what would be a good build. I would try a build with Preservation, Union, Shelter and Shadowsong, but that's my choice....
